We see patients in their homes across Bergen County, New Jersey. Telehealth is also available upon request.

We are in-network with Medicare Part B ("traditional Medicare").
All Other Insurance
In order to maximize the time we spend on patient care, we do not participate in any private insurance networks. However, we are more than happy to provide you with all the necessary documentation for you to submit to your insurance provider to be approved for or to claim out of network benefits.
We offer flat rates:
Initial Evaluation (60-75 minutes): $200
Follow-up Visit (45-60 minutes): $150
*If biofeedback is part of your treatment, there will be an additional cost for personal electrodes.
